Understanding Workspaces

Rankioz uses a workspace-based organization model. Workspaces (also called organizations) group your websites, team members, and billing under a single entity.

Workspace Structure

Workspace (Organization)
├── Website 1 (e.g., example.com)
│ ├── Articles
│ ├── Keywords
│ ├── SEO Audits
│ └── CMS Integrations
├── Website 2 (e.g., blog.example.com)
│ └── ...
├── Team Members
└── Billing & Plan

Key Concepts

  • One plan per workspace. Your subscription plan is tied to your workspace, not individual users.
  • Multiple websites. Each workspace can contain multiple websites, limited by your plan.
  • Team access. Invite team members to collaborate within a workspace (Teams plan and above).
  • Website-scoped features. Content, keywords, SEO audits, and integrations are all scoped to a specific website.

Switching Workspaces

If you belong to multiple workspaces (e.g., managing different clients):

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Switch Workspace
  3. Select the workspace you want to access

Your last selected workspace is remembered across sessions.
