Publishing

Publishing sends approved articles from Rankioz to your connected CMS.

Prerequisites​

Connect your CMS first in Settings. Rankioz supports WordPress and Webflow. Once connected, you can publish to that site from the Content Library or the article detail page.

Publishing Flow​

For approved articles, click Publish or Schedule. The system sends the full article payload (content, meta title, meta description, featured image) to your CMS.

Status Transitions​

  • Not Published. Article has not been sent to the CMS.
  • Publishing. Request is in progress.
  • Published. Success. The CMS post URL is stored and visible.
  • Failed. Publishing failed. Check error details and retry after resolving issues.

Updates and Unpublishing​

You can update an existing published post with new content or meta changes. You can also unpublish to remove the post from your live site. Both actions are available from the article detail page.
